John leads GTCS accounting operations. He is a personable and trustworthy account executive. Though  he bagged his Higher Diploma in Civil Engineering, he has veered into accounting and has worked with a  few accounting firms in the past.He leads the team that registers new members, ensuring that new members sign all necessary  documents and receive all necessary documents, with signature proof of such. Store new members’  information in their files as hardcopies and soft copies. Update members’ information from time to  time, as necessary, both hard and soft copies. 

In his role as head of accounting operations, John oversees the day-to-day activities of the accounting department, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and that financial reports are produced in a timely and accurate manner. He is committed to staying up-to-date on changes in accounting regulations and best practices and ensures that the team is trained accordingly. He fosters an open and collaborative work environment, encouraging communication and teamwork to resolve issues and achieve common goals.

John’s versatility is a key asset to the team, allowing him to take on a wide range of responsibilities with ease. He is adept at managing multiple tasks at once, and his attention to detail ensures that no aspect of the accounting process is overlooked. He is always looking for ways to streamline processes and improve efficiency, and his dedication to the success of the department is evident in the results he achieves.

In addition to his technical expertise, John is a charismatic and approachable leader who builds strong relationships with his team and with stakeholders across the corporation. He is always willing to listen to others and offer guidance and support, and his positive attitude and friendly demeanor make him well-liked and respected by his colleagues. John is an asset to the GTCS accounting operations and a valuable member of the team.

His knowledge of data protection and data analysis is top notch. He sees to it that his team updates data  promptly and timely. With many years performing in a fast-paced sales department. He has honed the  skillsets necessary for customer service, which the members enjoy. 

John has also worked with different Civil Engineering Organizations as a site engineer which has exposed  him to working with different professionals. In his previous role as an engineer, he created detailed  plans for managing clients’ portfolios. The experience of working closely with staff across all  departments to implement good construction work and supervision of all activities going on the site to  ensure teamwork from different departments is a valuable experience that John brings to GTCS.

John continues to grow productively in his role as Lead Account Officer with The God’s Treasury  Cooperative.
